The engineer did really well in trying to identify the problem. It would have been quicker if an engineer had come to have a look. We have closed the fault as I think it may have been a loose connection. There is no resolution as to how we might connect this type of monitor to the PC's graphics card but it may just be a case of getting a different monitor instead of the one we have purchased.

Unsure why the wifi details werent on Concept files, thought all hardware was logged. Server room was cleaned up by Concept pre christmas and photos was taken, Power supplies, backup and keyboards etc cleaned up. Wifi and Draytec firewall is located next to server!

This fault took Martin a couple of hours to fix, but he was extremely persistent and did not stop until he had fixed the problem. It was very encouraging to witness an engineer spend such a significant amount of time on one fault to ensure that it was fixed as soon as possible.

I was please that Karl copied the email addresses that automatically came up in the To Box. I was pelased that Matthew kept me up to date about what was happening and addressed the issue quickly. However it didn't work completely hence the 'acceptable' service. Some email addresses work and others don't. I recognise that a lot of time has been spent on this therefore I'll just have to find the ones that didn't work as and when I come across them and add them in.

On this occassion I dont think the service was that great. Had already tried to fix the fault myself, telephoned Martin who I had asked to remotely log in but he was unwilling to at this time. 1 hour later I got a call to ask if they could access the internet, then another 1.5hours later I had a call for someone to try to fix the fault.

There is one issue that still hasn't been resolved with the new server. The computers are all still running very slowly and the tape to back up is still not popping out of the server, so nothing has been backed up since the server was fixed.
